Shipping Times & Rates
- Currently we are able to accept online orders to ship internationally. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, get in touch with us at service@blackheadshop.com to receive information on shipping options and rates.
- Orders placed before 4:00PM EST Monday through Thursday will be delivered on the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 4:00PM EST will be delivered Sunday.
- To inquire about shipments within the U.S. APO or FPO addresses, please contact Customer Service at service@blackheadshop.com
- PO box delivery is not available now, please write your home address.
Order & Shipping
Order Process
- Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage. This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared and readied for shipment.
- You will receive an Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order and a Package Tracking Email once we ship your order.
- You can track your order on your account page with order number and Email.
